Zoning Approval...

The last hurdle, well, the last bureaucratic hurdle, is our zoning appointment with the Town of Smithfield. Final plans, interior layouts and all of the trimming goes under the microscope! Be sure to cross a finger for us!

Look for an update and maybe a photo or two of the conclave-like proceedings!
